Apply filters to the Account Management Dashboard to view different customer segments

Switch between different customer segments and types by applying a range of filters in the Account Management Dashboard.

Click: Customers>Toggle Filters

  • Note you can have multiple filters selected at once to drill down into different segments.

Staff

To view customers by assigned account manager just click on Staff and choose name/s in the drop down menu or view all customers by leaving this filter as Nothing Selected.

Rank

Click on Rank to view customers based on the value they present to your company. 

Region

View by Region or location of customers. 

Services

Select different Services the customers use. 

Phase

View the different customer Phase

Activity Planned & Type

View customers with or without a future Activity Planned, and ensure you have a call cycle in place with each customer.
Filter by Activity Type to drill down to activities you wish to view. 

Product Share

This loads a Product Share Pie Graph (what they have spent their money on with you) based on a specified time period, *Note you can only load one option at a time here.
