If you cannot see a customer:

  1. A branch setting is in place

  2. The customer has been archived (removed from the account)

Branch Settings:

If you are able to see a customer (greyed) when searching for it but are unable to access it a branch setting will be in place.

(Please chat with your account administrator if you believe this is incorrect)

Archived Customers :

If you are unable to see a customer in your account it's likely they have been moved to the archived phase.

To find this record you will need to access all companies now filter by archived phase.

Open the record

Change the phase to an active phase to reactivate the record
