If adding a new user you receive a message the user already exists it could mean either their email address is registered as:
A previous user on the Exsalerate account (archived)
On another instance of Exsalerate (trial account etc)
To unarchive a user simply open manage user settings, click show archived, then uncheck the archived box within the user profile and click save.
The unarchived user will be sent an email in order set to up their password make sure to check the SPAM folder.
If the user is not archived they may be associated with another instance of Exsalerate please reach out on the chat platform and we will resolve this for you
