The purpose of the report is to show you who has done what in a specific date range, we find this is a great report for team meetings to discuss what has happened over the last period and any challenges they have had with their leads/customers. 

You can filter the report by 'Done' activities, 'To-Do' or both. 

If you want to see notes entered download the Activity Detail report to Excel.
