Confused by seeing so many different types of meetings on the student platform? Here is a breakdown of the meetings you saw!

1. Weekly Meeting:

  • When: Typically once a week

  • Led by: Program managers.

  • What: Fun activities, getting to know each other, learning about projects and how to do them.

2. Company/Mentor Meetings:

  • When: Scheduled times (Mostly bi-weekly but can be held less times for some programs).

  • Led by: Program managers and company/host managers.

  • What: Dive deep into learning about the company and their work, networking with company leads. Super important to attend live for the best externship experience! These meetings are mandatory to attend in some programs.

3. Office Hours:

  • When: Once a week

  • Led by: Usually program managers or Assistant Program Managers

  • What: It’s optional! Join only if you have questions or need help with projects, the program, or any platform issues
