Yes! If you need to delete your account, please reach out to our team and we can assist. When you do so, make sure you are specific that you are looking to delete your account, not just cancel the subscription. Keep in mind: if your account is deleted, all projects, modules and awards will be lost.
However, if you are looking to briefly pause your account:
Your account will remain inactive if you are not subscribed or participating in a program.
No new application is needed if you decide to return—you can simply log in with your existing credentials and continue where you left off.
