Complete every mandatory module (the green check‑mark in each step) AND
Reach 100 % on the progress bar by the end‑date or within the three‑week grace window
Top Performer Award
Requirements met for Completer award AND
Attend at least 50% of company meetings AND
Earn an evaluator score of ≥ 4 / 5 across all rubric categories
All students eligible for an award will have their work evaluated by their program manager, who will determine if their work achieves the necessary rubric score.
NOTE: All cohorts with start dates prior to May 26th, 2025 are NOT eligible for an award.
