Count of Active Advocates report
This scheduled report shows the change in the count of your Active Advocates (i.e. how many unique individuals have been active in your programs) from week to week.
What does "active" mean? We count a user as active if they have advocated on your behalf (e.g. the user has shared, dropped a hint, left a rating or a review, etc.). That way we can see advocates who are busy actively sharing.
An advocate is counted as unique by period, not unique by time range.
We want to see activity rising or stable, and expect to see surges when app or site traffic increases on holidays or during promotions. More activity equals more impact!
The Data
The data in this report starts on January 1, 2019. The data is counted by week. The height of each bar represents the number of active advocates for that week. To the right of the graph, you'll see a count of active advocates so far this week and a count of total advocates.

This is the start time of the data in a given week.
Period end time
This is the end time of the data in a given week.
Period
This is how the data in your report is grouped -- in this case, by week.
Person count
This is the count of how many unique advocates have advocated within a given week.
Event count
This is the count of how many advocations have been made within a given week. This number will be higher than the number of unique advocates who have shared (i.e. the person count) because an advocate can share more than once.
