The Influencer Program Page

The Influencer Program Page

Updated over a month ago

Our Influencer Program Page is the first of its kind: a program page that is dependent on the program type! Read on to see what differentiates this page from other program pages.

The Graph and The Metrics

You'll notice that the graph on an influencer program page looks a bit different than the graph on a traditional refer a friend program page.

First, there is no reference to "advocates" on this page – only influencers.

Next, because influencer programs don't feature a share experience, some metrics you may be used to with a traditional refer a friend program won't show here.

Along with shares, this graph also excludes impressions and advocate clicks, as all marketing to influencers is done via an invite email. You'll notice these metrics are also excluded from the "Campaigns" table.

The Influencers

Now you can view, add, and edit influencers right from the program page.

Influencer Details

All of your influencers' important details are listed in the Influencers table. Here you can see their email, first and last name, share link or code, and stats. You can even click on their email address to be taken to their profile.

Adding / Editing Influencers

Adding a new influencer is easy! Click the "+ New Influencer" button or the edit icon next to an existing influencer and you'll see this view:

You can choose to send the influencer an invite email when you create them, or you can send them an invite email at a later date. To do that, either edit the influencer and click "Send Invite Email", or bulk-upload multiple influencers via the My Audiences page using the existing Influencer audience. Please note your campaign must be published for influencers to receive the invite email.

After you've created an influencer, you can edit their name and anything you've configured in the "Advanced" section. If you'd like to create a new share link for them, simply click "Create New Share Link" and you'll be taken to the above "Create New Influencer" view.

Analyzing Influencers

You can analyze influencers' performance two different ways – either by running the Influencer Share Links Performance report, or by using the Influencers table on the program page.
