Branding your program domains is a typical part of your launch with Extole. Doing so is important so that links included in your program reflect your brand. Our platform has two types of links that will be seen as part of your program.

Promotion Links are links that are created to promote your program through email marketing, social media, and other channels.

Share Links are the links your advocates share with their friends so that their friends learn about your company and purchase your products.

We recommend using domains that are fully branded to maintain a seamless customer experience and to ensure brand continuity. If your company website is at "mycompany.com", then the most common branded domain is share.mycompany.com (as opposed to mycompany.extole.io).

Setting up a branded domain will require your IT team to create DNS records for your domains, generate certificates, and update SPF records.
