How do I report an Extra Card transaction as fraudulent?

If there are ever charges on your Extra account that you do not recognize, you should immediately freeze your card from within the app to prevent any further charges from going through.

In the Extra App, select the transaction(s) you are claiming are unauthorized and tap the Member Concierge button at the bottom of the transaction page. From there, a member of our Disputes team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
