  • Do not send any bank statements or personal documents through chat.

  • Avoid using profanity, it does not make the answer appear any faster, and depending on the severity, it may result in the Concierge agent closing the chat.

  • Do not try to "pick up" our agents. Yes, they are awesome; however, this is not the app for that.

  • DO NOT send us any inappropriate photos (yes, apparently, this needs to be stated). This may result in the closure of your Extra account and credit line, which may have a negative impact on your credit score.
