Once you successfully complete the identity verification process, your card will be created and you will receive an email notification that your card has shipped!

Your physical Extra card should arrive within 7-10 business days.

In the meantime, we encourage you to utilize your virtual card! Your virtual card will remain active even after your physical card arrives so you can continue using it seamlessly.

If you still haven't received your card after 10 business days, please reach out to our Member Concierge team and we'd be happy to track it down for you!
