Your Seller Portal is your gateway to obtaining work, updating your profile, direct messaging and more! This article will go through the sections of your portal and includes related articles to help you navigate features.

Seller Profile

Your Seller Profile is where you can view and update your qualifications, update your personal information and edit bank information. You can access your seller profile by clicking the "My Seller Profile" button at the top right corner of your homepage.


Wholesale Market

The Wholesale Market allows you to view orders in your areas that are ready to be worked. You can access the Wholesale Market by clicking "Marketplace Hub" at the top left of your homepage then choosing "Wholesale Market". Learn more about the Wholesale Market here.


My Inventory

Your inventory will be the first thing you see when you log in after on boarding. Your inventory is separated by status. Any newly accepted orders will show under "New" before moving on to other statuses based on actions taken. Basic order information is present for each order no matter the status. You have the ability to search orders via the search bar, or filter bases on age, next attempt or number of attempts.

Direct Messaging

Direct Messaging is your direct communication channel with the buyer for the orders you accept. Have a question about the documents, instructions or an issue with the timeline? You can communicate all of these and more with the Buyer directly through this messenger. You can start a chat on an order by clicking the chat icon that is to the far right of the order. Direct Messaging is for Buyer to Seller communication only. If you need technical support you should use the Intercom chat icon on the bottom right corner of your screen to get in contact with your the User Support team.

You can access all your messages and search for messages via the Direct Messaging tab at the top of your homepage.


Wallet

Your Wallet is an essential feature in the EZ Knock Marketplace. The EZ Knock Marketplace allows YOU the ability to say when you want your pay. This section will allow you to see your balances, withdrawal funds, and add funding sources. You can access your Wallet by clicking the "Wallet" tab on the top of your homepage.
