There are 4 ways to pay for purchases on EzriRx.com: ACH, Credit Card, Terms (Credit) and Pay Offline.

To begin purchasing, you will need to add a payment method on file. Even though you don’t have to pay for purchases right away, at least one payment method has to be added onto the account for you to be able to complete an order. Payments are added on the Payments Settings page and take under 2 minutes to complete. Once a payment method has been added, and wholesalers have approved your account, you can now begin adding products to your cart, making offers and placing orders.

Adding a Bank Account

Adding a banking account will enable ACH (Draft Payments) from your bank account directly to the wholesalers. Since not all wholesalers accept credit cards on EzriRx.com, adding a bank account is the more advisable method. This method is similar to writing and mailing a check. You push the funds from your account whenever they are due, or have it drafted automatically from your account.

Here is how to link a Bank Account with EzriRx.

Instant Account Verification

From within the Payments page, click  'Add a bank account' button on the right of the page. Our banking partner portal will appear and ask you to Continue. It will display a list of 1500 of the most common banking institutions, you can either click the one you use, or use the Search function to find the one you're looking for. Once you click the Bank Institution, it will ask you for a Username and Password. If it's correct, the portal will ask you to verify a security information and your account will be linked automatically. This process shouldn't take more than 2 minutes.

IMPORTANT: NEVER GIVE THIS INFORMATION TO ANY PERSON WHO CALLS ON BEHALF OF EzriRx. Support has NO access to this information and CAN'T help you at all.

Please note: EzriRx is dedicated to your security. We use an external bank to facilitate the authentication with your bank account, and your information is kept 100% secure and confidential. EzriRx cannot see any of the information you enter when adding a bank account.

If your bank institution is not found..you will be asked to 'Link Using Account Number'. This is known as the 'Micro Deposit Verification Method'.

Micro Deposit Verification

The backup method to add a Bank Account is via micro deposit. If you can't find your banking institution, you will click on 'Link using account number'.

Click 'Continue' and Select whether it is a Checking or Savings account and enter in your routing and account number on the following page.

EzriRx will initiate 2 micro deposits under 20 cents into your account within 24-48 hours. Once you see those two amounts in your bank account account, you will come back to your Payments Settings page and click "Verify" to enter the two amounts. Once this is complete, your account is now set up with EzriRx.com for ACH Payments.

Adding a Credit Card

While not all wholesalers accept credit cards on EzriRx, most do and more are adding support for it every day. To add a credit card, head over to the Payment Settings page and click on "Add a credit card". A popup window will appear where you can add and save your credit card information. Once this information is saved, you can immediately begin purchasing using your credit card from wholesalers that accept it.

Please note: EzriRx is dedicated to your security. Your credit card information is kept 100% secure and private as we only store a reference to the credit card and not the credit card number itself.

Pay Via Offline

Some wholesalers prefer to handle payments completely off EzriRx. This is the least optimal method and can cause considerable confusion which is why we limit it to wholesalers that absolutely require it to process orders. Once you place your order, this option will appear. All payments are handled off of EzriRx and wholesalers will send you invoices and statements directly each month.
