What is the "cart"?
As you search and discover products that you would like to purchase, you will first need to add them to your Cart. This is similar to any other online shopping or e-commerce website, where you add products you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart or Bag and then Checkout.
Before you Checkout an order on EzriRx, you can review your cart, add or remove products, change quantities, and review totals.
How to add products to your cart
Once you have found a product you would like, simply click the "Add to cart" button next to the product. The product will be instantly added and you will notice the updated total in the Your Cart section in the top right. You can also click the "Your Cart" button and verify that the cart has been updated to reflect the product you added.
Tip: You will also notice a "Make offer" button under the "Add to cart" button. This is a feature where you can negotiate with the wholesaler to get an even better price. Read more
Why can't I add a product to my cart?
There are a few reasons why the "Add to cart" button may not be available on a given product:
You have not yet uploaded your state and DEA licenses. In this scenario, you will see a green button that says "Upload licenses" instead of the "Add to cart" button. Read all about how to add your licenses here.
You are not yet a customer of the wholesaler who is selling this product. In this scenario, you will see a "Apply" button. If you click this button you will be taken to a page where you can sign an application which will be sent to the wholesaler for approval. Read all about applying to wholesalers here.
You haven't added a bank account, and the wholesaler does not accept credit card payments. In this scenario, you will see a disabled version of the "Add to cart" button. You will need to add a bank account in order to check out with this wholesaler. Read all about adding payment methods, including bank accounts, here.
EzriRx Shopping Tips & Tricks
As you do your searching, you will notice that the first result you will see is the wholesaler with the cheapest price for the selected product. But you should keep in mind that there are a few metrics to consider:
Expiration Date: Each wholesaler may be listing a product with a different expiration date. Make sure to take note of this date before you add the product to your cart.
Shipping Minimum: Each wholesaler has different shipping minimums. You can see each wholesaler's minimums by clicking "View shipping info" under the wholesaler's name. Once clicked, a popup will appear showing this information, along with delivery date estimates.
Credit Allowance: For wholesalers that have provided you credit terms you can see your available balances under the "Credit meter" column.
