Providing your State and DEA Licenses
When you sign up for an account on EzriRx.com, you have the ability to upload your state license and DEA license. If you do not have these documents ready at the time of signup, don't worry - you have a few other options:
You can upload your licenses in Account Settings.
You can fax your licenses to us at 1-718-414-1474.
You can email your licenses to support@ezrirx.com.
Send it to us using the Live Chat.
If you cannot do any of these things, let us know by using the 'Live Chat,' and we can access the documents available to us via NCPDP.
To view or update your licenses at any time, simply go to your Account Settings.
Keeping Your State and DEA Licenses Up-to-Date
If you know your State or DEA Licenses are close to their expiration date, make sure to update your account profile before they do to ensure there is no delay in processing your orders.
Prior to the expiration date of your licenses, we will send you an email requesting updated copies. You can head to your Account Settings, find the license you wish to update, click the "Change" button, and upload. You will also be asked to update the account with the new expiration dates. This will ensure that the latest information is provided in your future Wholesaler Applications and on all orders.
