The premise of the EzriRx system is to simplify pharmacy purchasing. With our platform, we've eliminated the need for paper invoices and mailing in checks, and you no longer have to keep track of your open balances with every wholesaler.

We started by allowing pharmacies to use Credit as a checkout method, which gives the pharmacy terms provided by wholesalers that they can use on all purchases. When using the 'Credit' option, you will essentially be "Invoiced" for these purchases (remember: not a paper invoice!) that you can pay later. You will see your total open balances in the top right of any page on EzriRx under "Balance owed," and you can see your invoices within your "Invoices" page.

The other payment methods you can use to check out orders on EzriRx are Credit Card and ACH Draft Payments:

  1. ACH (Draft Payments) - If this method is selected, fund transfers are initiated once the wholesaler marks the order fulfilled. Funds will be withdrawn from your selected bank account and deposited into the wholesaler's account. Once payment is made, your invoices will be marked as "Paid." If the account comes back Insufficient, this will turn into an invoice and be due right away.

  2. Credit Cards - If this method is selected, your card will be charged once the order is marked fulfilled. If the card comes back declined, the wholesaler will know not to ship the order, and you will be required to update the card on file.

RiverCity/Masters Drug Company

After a recent change within the RiverCity/Masters Drug Company, we've added a new and fourth payment method. 'Pay Offline.' Using this method will move all payments away from EzriRx, and you will be invoiced from them directly. You will be required to set up a new payment method with them. Invoices will be mailed or emailed once you place an initial order with them.

Re: Pay Offline - If 'pay offline' shows up on an invoice, you will be billed from the wholesaler directly. You will be required to have a payment method on file with them. Note that EzriRx won't be involved in pay offline invoices.
