"Purchase Order Uploads" was built to allow pharmacists to do the quickest price comparison from a primary vendor or from an alternative platform, with EzriRx.com wholesalers pricing. Before you finalize an order each day, download the open "purchase order" and upload it onto EzriRx.com. We will display the price differentials and savings in a quick glance; you can then add products to your cart or make an offer for an even deeper discount. 

Each wholesaler has their own systems for printing or downloading Purchase Orders, some are more complex than others. Below we will detail the wholesalers available to us and show you how to download the proper file format for upload onto EzriRx.com. 

Important: EzriRx works with multiple file types, PDF, Excel and CSV documents. Every wholesaler allows you to download a different file type, so it's important to recognize the file type availability. If your wholesaler allows you to download an .xlx or csv, you can skip right to your wholesaler name below to continue. But if you need to download your file as a PDF, please follow along these steps. Before you begin, make sure you either have "Adobe Print to PDF" installed on your computer, or "Cute PDF Writer". Adobe Print to PDF comes along with a paid version of Adobe Acrobat, but Cute PDF Writer is free and available here. Once you have this installed, you will have a much easier time printing your open purchase orders to PDF. 

Once you have downloaded the proper file format to your computer, click on the 'Upload Purchase Order' button on the EzriRx.com navigation bar, select the wholesaler you are uploading the document/file from, it will tell you what file types are accepted and Press 'Upload'. Savings will instantly populate.

The ALL view, will have products that are cheaper, more expensive and that are not NDC specific. It will also have 3 results from each NDC. So the results will be plenty full. Use the filters to the left, to select:

A. NDC Specific - If you want to see just an equivalent of the NDC's you uploaded, select this option.
B. Show savings only - This will show you just the cheapest results.
C. Best Results only - this will only display 3 results for each product uploaded. 

Once the results are loaded, take a quick glance to see which Wholesaler wins the most results, since not always will it be wise to take the cheapest option. Even if the wholesaler has most of the products but is falling short on some prices, you will still have overall savings. From this page, you can either 'Add to cart' or 'Make an offer' to get an even bigger discount.

Once you've logged into the SureCost main dashboard, click on Reports from the header. 

Scroll down to the 'Purchasing > Open Order Worksheet Detail' and click the 'Excel'
icon.

Once the popup window displays, click on 'Run Report' and the file should download to your computer.

Rename it to something memorable and upload it to EzriRx. 

Within your Kinray Dashboard, Click onto "PO/INV" button on the main header and select "ALL PO's". Within the main window, click the "Print" button.

Click to Print to PDF or any PDF Writer you may have and save the file to your desktop. Once this is complete, press 'Upload Purchase Order' and Select 'Kinray' from the Wholesaler list, choose the file you are uploading and press 'Upload',

From within the main order screen, click on 'Print PO'. You will be taken to popup page with your items displaying. On the top Left hand corner, you will see a 'Print PDF' option, click it and a PDF window will open. Download this PDF to your computer and upload it to EzriRx.com.

From within your HD Smith 'Products and Services' page, your screen should be split into two 'Catalog' & 'Purchase Order'. On the top of the Purchase Order section you will see the option to 'Print'. Click this button and save the PDF to your computer.

Return to EzriRx and upload the file. 

How to download a McKesson File

To download a McKesson Purchase Order file, click on the 'Ordering / Inventory' icon and click ‘View Current Order’. 

From within that screen, highlight all products and press the ‘print’ icon on the footer of the page. 

This will display a popup prompt and give you the an option to select a Primary Identifier, make sure to select the NDC, as the Primary Identifier and make sure the rest of the dropdowns match the image below and click ‘Print’. 

Save the file to something memorable and use that to upload the file onto EzriRx.com
