Where can I find my outstanding invoices?
Your entire history invoices on EzriRx can be found on your Invoices page. On this page you will find two tabs: Outstanding and History. Outstanding invoices can be found within the "Outstanding" tab with the option to pay them via ACH or Credit Card (if available).
To see a total balance of what is currently owed, view the "Balance Owed" section of your navigation bar on the top right side of side of your screen:
Tip: You can also click the "Balance Owed" section to see an overview of your outstanding invoices.
Each invoice is marked with an "Issued date" that matches the date the order was placed, and a "Payment due" date. As the payment due date approaches you will be notified on the website and via email. You will also notice that invoices which are due or past-due will have their "Payment due" date marked in red to notify you of their status.
How do I pay my invoices?
There are two different ways to pay invoices on EzriRx. Payments can be set to withdraw automatically on their due dates via ACH or Credit Card, or they can be paid manually on the website.
Important note: Invoices for orders made on EzriRx are not paid by sending a check or any sort of physical payment method. Instead, payment is made directly on EzriRx itself via ACH or Credit Card!
About automatic invoice payments
By default, your EzriRx account is configured to automatically withdraw payment for invoices on the due date from your default payment method. This way you never need to worry about manually paying invoices on their due dates, and can rest easy knowing that your invoices are automatically being paid and your balances are being reset to zero.
In your account Preferences you can change whether payments are automatically pulled from your default bank account (via ACH) or charged to your default credit card. You can also disable this feature and opt to pay your invoices manually if you wish.
Note: if you have "credit card" selected as your default payment method for automatic invoice payments, we may still need to pull payment from your bank account in the case where a wholesaler associated with your invoice does not accept credit card payments.
About manual invoice payments
Regardless of whether or not you have automatic invoice payments enabled, you can choose to pay an invoice from the invoices page at any time. To do this, navigate to the Invoices page to see your outstanding invoices.
Next to each outstanding invoice you will see a "Pay invoice" button. Clicking this will reveal a popup window where you can make your payment:
You will see both ACH and credit card options if the wholesaler accepts credit card payments. Simply select a payment method and click "Pay now" and your payment for this invoice will process.

On the Invoices page you will see a "History" tab on the left side. Click this to access your entire history of Invoices on EzriRx along with the ability to view each invoice.
