What is EzriRx Rewards?
EzriRx Rewards is a loyalty program built for pharmacies. Each dollar you spend on Generics through EzriRx is rewarded a single point. Points can then be redeemed for prizes in our Rewards store.

How do I keep track of my points?
Once you place an order on EzriRx, each transaction record will tell you how many points you have earned for that purchase. You will find these on new order emails and when you view orders themselves - simply click on any fulfilled order and scroll to the bottom of the page. Points earned are displayed below the "Grand total".
The total amounts of points you have can be found in two places:
For a quick glance at the number of points you've earned, click on your pharmacy logo on the top right hand corner of any page. Your total points balance will be shown directly above the "Settings" link.
To see a full ledger of points earned, click on your pharmacy logo on the top right hand corner of any page, and click the "reward points" link. This will take you to the Rewards store, but on the top right hand of that page you will see a link to a View Points History page where you can see the entire history of points earned and also a "Spent" tab where you can see your history of points spent.
What kind of Rewards are available?
As the point levels rise, you will have different tiers of Rewards accessible to you. The point tiers are as follows;
Gold Level: 0 to 49,999 Points.
Platinum Level: 50,000 to 199,999 points
Black Level: 200,000+ points
Once you use your points by redeeming Rewards on the site, your tier will reflect the total amount of points you still have available.
Note: Points expire after 12 months and have no cash value.

How do I redeem Rewards?
Once you have built up enough points on EzriRx, it's time to start redeeming! To redeem a Reward, head to the Rewards store and take a look at the items available to you.
Once you have found the reward you are satisfied with, click on the 'Redeem Reward' button and a popup will appear asking you to confirm the address we will be sending your prize to is correct. Once you are ready, click on 'Redeem reward' to confirm, and your prize will on its way.
Tip: There is no limit to how many times you can order the same item, so long as you have enough points for each item.
Why can't I find Rewards that I really want?
We are adding to our Rewards program all the time, and we truly value your feedback. If you have an idea for rewards that would be useful for your pharmacy, please let us know!
Why can't I see the points I earned in my recent order?
Points that you earned for an order become available once the order is fulfilled. If you don't see your new points reflected right away, it is likely because the order is still "open". Once the order is fulfilled by the wholesaler, you will receive an email that includes a message about your reward points becoming available (as long as the order did not contain only brands).
