How do I check out an order?

Once you have added products to your cart and have the proper quantities and minimums for each wholesaler, you are now ready to check out.

You can access the checkout page from the shopping cart (in the top right of any page, or from the full page shown when you click "View cart"). Select the wholesaler you would like to complete an order for and click "Check out".

Why do I see warning messages in my shopping cart?

From within the shopping cart you may see messages from each wholesaler you've added products to the cart from. For example, the shopping cart may be telling you that you might need a few more dollars to make up an order minimum, or it will recommend you add a few products to receive free shipping.

Tip: Keep you in mind that you should always click on "View shipping info" below the wholesaler's name to see that specific wholesaler's shipping rules and delivery schedule. If the wholesaler is within your local UPS Zone, you may not need to hit the wholesaler's "Express" shipping minimum amount since "Standard" would arrive at your pharmacy by the next day anyway.

Prior to hitting a wholesalers order minimum, you will see an "Add more" button instead of a "Check out" button. This will take you to that specific wholesalers items, so that you can search for additional products to add to your cart.

Once you have met a wholesalers minimum, the button will turn to a green "Check out" button. Click on that to be taken to the checkout page.

Checking out an order

Within the checkout page you will see multiple options and configurations, so make sure you review these before submitting your order. Here is what to look out for:

Shipping/Billing Information - Make sure the addresses for where you're shipping the products to, match your State and DEA Licenses. Discrepancies will delay having your order processed.

Payment Methods - you have three different options for payment.

  1. Credit/Terms - this will allow you to be 'invoiced' for the purchase. (Read about invoicing here.) You will see a credit meter for what your current balance is with this specific wholesaler and how much you have remaining to complete your purchase. This meter can be tracked on multiple pages throughout the site.

  2. Credit Card - your card on file will be charged once the order has been marked fulfilled by the wholesaler. (Note: Not all wholesalers accept credit cards on EzriRx.com)

  3. ACH / Direct Deposit - funds will be withdrawn from your account once the wholesalers marks the order fulfilled or adds a tracking number.

If the wholesaler does NOT accept credit cards, you won't be able to checkout with any method, until you add a verified bank account. You can do so in your Payments Settings page, or read about it here

Delivery - Each wholesaler has different minimums for free shipping, and different fees for each delivery method. These policies are clearly stated on the checkout page under the "Delivery" section, so please make sure to review and select the most optimal method for your shipment to ensure you receive it on time.

Important: Please remember that all wholesalers are located in different regions and not always do you need to pay for "Express" shipping to receive your items next day. For example, if the wholesalers is located in New Jersey and the pharmacy is location in New York, if the wholesaler ships the package out "Ground" you will still receive your order next day. Each method will have an estimated delivery date for when you will receive it depending on the wholesalers shipping cut off time.

(Note: These delivery times are ESTIMATES and are not a guarantee. The estimates displayed on EzriRx come from the carrier and not from us or the wholesaler.)

Wholesaler information - This section may be displayed on the top right of the checkout page if there is important information from the wholesaler to display. This may include special shipping notes, vacation times, and return policies. If there is no information to show from the wholesaler, this section will not be available.

Confirm order - Finally, once you have verified that all the information is correct, simply click "Place order" and your shipment will be on its way.
