Note: Due to the DEA requirements for CSOS when purchasing Schedule 2 substances, there are currently no C2 products available for purchase on EzriRx.com. 

Select wholesalers with applicable DEA licenses, have C3s and above listed on EzriRx, but require specific documentation to be sent to them for approval before you are able to purchase them. While every wholesaler's requirements are different, the first step to purchase controls is to have a completed application sent for review. Wholesalers will vet applications and determine whether or not they are able to ship controlled substances to your pharmacy. While there is no clear indication as to why them may approve or decline a pharmacy, applications can be sent and wholesalers will return if there is any further clarification needed. Completing an application does not guarantee approval. 

To apply for controlled substances approval on EzriRx, the most simple method is to do so from within the My Wholesalers page. Wholesalers that sell Controlled Substances will have a "Apply for Controls" button as shown below:

Click on this button to be taken to a page where you can fill out this wholesaler's controls application. Make sure you complete this application in its entirety. 

Before approval, when browsing Controlled products on the site, your options to add to cart or make an offer will be replaced with an 'Apply for Controls' button. Click on this button to have the individual wholesalers application appear.

Once this document is completed and signed, it will be sent to the wholesaler for approval.  Once approved, you will be notified via email and you will be ready to purchase.
