One of the common questions we get asked is if there is a need to re-sign a customer application if there is an existing account already setup with a specific wholesaler and whether or not re-signing or linking the account will cause a conflict.
The answer: Re-signing a customer application will NOT affect your existing account with the respective wholesaler.
Before approving your account on EzriRx, wholesalers will review your account information and determine weather or not you already have an account with them. If you don't, they will review your eligibility and decide whether or not to approve your account. If you have an account with them already, they will make a business decision if they are able to open your EzriRx account or not. This decision is generally based on current purchasing volumes with them and if there are any outstanding balances etc.
Chances are they will want to link your account, to increase their ability to be competitive and gain your pharmacy business, especially if they see your pharmacy is on-top of its buying and is currently shopping on EzriRx.
Some wholesalers might require additional forms to be signed if your account is tied to a GPO or other organization. This is usually the case with larger wholesalers.
(Note in regard to Anda, Inc - with the recent addition of Anda, Inc as a vendor on EzriRx, some requirements have been added. By linking your Anda, Inc with EzriRx, you will be entering into a new 'EzriRx Pricing Modal' which will in turn deactivate your Andanet.com account and will only allow you to purchase via EzriRx.com or by placing a call to your Anda, Inc rep. You will be required to sign an opt-in form to join this pricing modal, regardless of whether or not you are an existing customer with them. Once you opt-in, you will no longer receive a monthly rebate or any internal loyalty programs. All their pricing are embedded right into EzriRx.com.)
