Reviewing your Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will be able to track the status of it within the Orders page.

On your Orders page you will see a list of your Open, Fulfilled, Delivered Cancelled and Returned Orders. At a quick glance, you will see the status of the order fulfillment and whether the product was shipped or not. You will also see the the payment method before the order was marked fulfilled.

By default, this list is sorted chronologically by most recent order, but it can be sorted any way you want by clicking the column headings - sort by dates, order status, wholesaler, total, and more.

If you would like an export of your order history, simply pick from CSV or PDF export on the left sidebar.

Viewing order details

Click into 'View Order' or the 'Order Number' to see the the full details of what is in that specific order. Here you will see, A. How the Invoice was paid for. B. Wholesaler it was placed from. C. Shipment Status along with a tracking number if it's available. D. When the payment is due for this invoice.

From within this page, you can request pedigree for the order and even edit the order before it's been confirmed. You can also cancel the order after the edit period is complete.

The Order Page, will give you the most accurate information pertaining to this specific order you're viewing. Your order number should be your reference number when speaking to customer service or any reps.

Viewing your purchased items history

On the left hand side of the page, you will see a Purchased Items tab. Clicking this will bring you to a page with a full list of every product you have ever purchased on the site. It will also track price differentials from when you ordered an item and tell you where the product is at now.

This report is super helpful if you are trying to keep track of pricing metrics. You can also download this report to CSV for easier viewing.
