Audits are not fun, but when a pharmacy is being audited we try to be as helpful as possible to get you all the information to expedite the process and get the case closed.

As soon as you get the audit documents, make sure you sign the audit form, take note of the audit dates, and head over to the Audit section on EzriRx.

Once you're on the audit page, click 'New Audit Request'. Select the name of the auditing company from the dropdown or enter a new auditing company name if it's not on the list, enter the auditor's first name and last name, email address, deadline, and date range. Next, you'll upload your signed audit document and press 'Send request'. Your audit will be on its way to the wholesalers.

Wholesalers have a 4 step process once they receive your email. 1. They must confirm receipt of the audit request. This lets us know that they are on top of it. 2. Send it to their auditing team. Since each company operates differently, they each have different processes to follow. 3. Submit the required documentation and 4. Mark is as complete on EzriRx.

Wholesalers will submit the documentation to the auditor and you at the same time. This will ensure it was sent correctly and that the auditor receives the information in a timely manner.

As time passes you'll notice it being marked as completed on EzriRx. The process is meant to be as seamless as possible.
