In June of 2019, EzriRx added the ability for Pharmacies to Message wholesalers directly through the site and allow for communication to be handled without the need of a third party. 

Pharmacies can message wholesalers from within any Order page and inquire about Delivery, Tracking, Updates and discuss issues pertaining to an order placed.

Once a message is sent, it will be housed in the Messages section, which can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon from any page on the site. All the replies can be found there, and you can further communicate with wholesalers from within that page.

To start a message with a wholesaler, go to 'My Account>Orders > Click on any Order > Send Message > Select what you're messaging about > Sent.' 

Wholesalers can also message pharmacies. They can inquire about an offer, order, licensing, or anything related to opening your account and getting the items you ordered delivered. 

Messages are meant to simplify communication and make sure orders are delivered seamlessly.
