How to create a return and get a refund

Before placing an order on EzriRx, make sure to verify the wholesaler's return policy. You can see their policy listed on the Checkout page under the Wholesaler information tab or by clicking the wholesaler's name, viewing their profile page, and selecting 'View shipping info and policies.' While some wholesalers will accept returns with no restocking fee, others might require a fee or not accept returns at all.

Note: Before the wholesaler confirms an order, you will have a small window to 'Edit the order' without the need to 'Request a return.'

You will have two return options, 1. Return a full order or 2. Return a partial order.

To create a return request for a full order, click on the order you want to return, and you will see a red 'Request a return' button on the right side of the order header. 

Once you click the return button, a prompt will be displayed asking for more information about the return. Please be as specific as you can with your reason and supply as much information as you can to expedite the process. You can upload PDFs or Images etc.

To return a partial order:

From within the Orders page, you will see a 'Return Item' button to the right of the product.

Once you choose the item you want to return, a prompt will display requesting the products' exact quantity, lot, and expiration date. Please submit a reason for the return and upload any Images or PDFs that can justify the return request.

Once the wholesaler receives your return request, they will either create an RMA and generate a return label or request you return the product at your own cost.


Before accepting a return on the site, wholesalers will require you to fill out an RMA form. Please be sure to indicate the exact products and lots you are returning and not to confuse them with other lots you may have available. 

Forms and Labels will be sent to you for print and download and will be available on the 'Order Page.' Fill out the requested return form, and send it to support@ezrirx.com to be forwarded to the wholesaler. 

Ensure to include the return form in the package you are sending back as well. 

Once the product is returned to the wholesaler's facility, depending on how the original order was paid, you will receive a complete refund or a refund minus the restocking fee. If the order was paid for by 'Credit/Terms,' the invoice will be canceled, and your balance will be deducted. If the invoice was paid for by Credit Card or ACH, the funds would be reversed in their respective method. 

Note: some wholesalers don't process the return of payment through EzriRx and will send a check to your pharmacy. 

Return of funds usually takes 24-48 hours after it's been initiated via EzriRx.
