What is credit on EzriRx?
Once wholesalers approve your account, they will either allocate a credit line to your account or require you to pay for purchases upon sale. If they do allocate credit to you, when you check out an order you will see 3 different methods of payment: ACH, Credit Card and Pay with Terms.
If you use the ACH or Credit Card method, your card or account will be charged when the wholesaler marks the order fulfilled. However, if you use the "Pay with Terms" payment option, your account will be invoiced and you won’t have to pay for the purchase until the payment is due. How do I keep track of my credit?
Your credit status with wholesalers on EzriRx can be found in many places around the platform, always with this handy credit meter which displays the amount of credit you've used, how much credit you've been provided in total, and the length of your terms.
This credit meter can be found in several different places around EzriRx:
On the My Wholesalers page, which can be accessed by clicking "Wholesalers" in the top left navigation and then selecting "My Wholesalers" in the tabs on the left hand side. This page displays all wholesalers who have approved you, and if they have provided credit to you this credit meter will be shown.
When browsing a wholesaler's products list, the credit meter will be displayed in the top right of your page.
When searching for products, the credit meter will be displayed on any product page next to any wholesaler who has approved your account and provided you with credit.
When checking out an order, the credit meter will be displayed under the "Pay with Terms" payment method. (Note: if the wholesaler has not provided you with any credit, the "Pay with Terms" payment method will not be available on the checkout page)
I'm all out of credit! What do I do?
As you continue to place orders using the "Pay with Terms" payment method, your credit meter will continue to go up and the amount of credit you have available to use will decrease. There are a couple of ways to address this:
Pay your invoices: to see your open invoices and due dates, click on the Invoices page in the nav bar and a list of your outstanding invoices will display. You can either view an open invoice by clicking "View Invoice" or you can pay for the open invoice by clicking the green "Pay Invoice" button either in the list or while you are viewing the invoice. As you pay your invoices, you credit meter will decrease and more credit will be available to use.
Request a credit limit increase: if you find that you are frequently using up all of your credit with a certain wholesaler within their terms, you are likely a good candidate for a credit limit increase from the wholesaler. This can be requested on the My Wholesalers page by clicking the "Request credit limit increase" button. A popup will be displayed where you can enter how much credit you would like to have and leave a memo that will be sent to the wholesaler. The wholesaler will review your request and you will be notified when they respond
