You have been selected for a job. How do you reconfirm? What do I need to do? How can I be successful?

So, you applied and were selected for a job. What's next? What do you need to know?

Once you are selected, you are notified and asked to reconfirm your availability.

  • Still available? Click 'Confirm & View Job Details'.

  • No longer available? Click 'No longer available'.

If you click 'Confirm & View Job Details', you will now be able to see the exact address of the site, as well as the supervisor's phone number.

We recommend:

  • Checking your transit or vehicle route to the exact address to ensure you can arrive on time.

  • Setting aside the required tools & equipment that you will need to bring with you to the site.

Arriving Onsite: When you arrive onsite, ask others if they can direct you to the supervisor listed on your job (be sure to mention the company name). You must check-in with the listed supervisor every day. They are responsible for you onsite and need to know when you arrive and leave.

If you have any issues finding your listed supervisor, we recommend calling and texting them and contacting us in the Support channel for assistance.

How do you receive a positive rating?

  • Attend every shift

  • Arrive On-time (Avoid being late at all costs. If you are running late, text your listed supervisor and contact us in the Support chat)

  • Have a positive attitude

  • Be willing to work (A majority of negative ratings are due to lack of effort. If you want to be successful, you need a strong work ethic and the willingness to learn)

  • Don't stand around (If you completed your task and are looking for something to do, communicate with your supervisor and ask them what's next)

Positive Ratings - Tip: The more positive ratings you have, the greater chance you have at being selected for the jobs you apply for!
