What to do when you're injured at work

  1. Report your injury immediately to your supervisor and a Faber Work representative

    1. With your supervisor, ask them to file a First Aid Report with you

    2. Once you report your injury to a Faber Work representative, they will share two reports with you:

      1. Report of Injury - You will need to fill this out

      2. Physician’s Report - To be filled out by your doctor upon your first visit

  2. See your physician

    1. Your doctor will recommend treatment for your injury and may refer you to other healthcare practitioners. Be sure to ask about what modified work duties, and activities at home, you can do to help your recovery. And always let your healthcare provider know that you were injured at work.
