We know that things can come up, so if you are running late or can't make it to a job, please go to your active job in the Faber Work app and click LATE or WITHDRAW as soon as possible.
In case of emergencies, follow these steps promptly to notify the relevant parties and take action to avoid potential issues with your account.
Not showing up to a job you accepted and forgetting to withdraw beforehand will heavily impact your account and future earnings. We don’t want to see that happen.
Missing shifts without taking appropriate action might be recorded as a no-show on your profile, which could impact your chances of securing future jobs. To mitigate this, notify your supervisor immediately and withdraw from the job using the app.
Once you select I’m running late, we’ll notify your supervisor that you are still on the way.
Once you Withdraw from job, we'll work on finding another Faber Work user in your community to help fill that opportunity.
It is equally important to inform your site supervisor at the earliest opportunity if you know you will miss a shift, as it helps them to make adjustments promptly.
Here’s how to withdraw from a job:
Click Jobs at the bottom left of the navigation bar
Click LATE or WITHDRAW on your active job
Select an issue and then confirm
I'm running late
I can't work my next shift
Withdraw from job
Other issue If you are ready to resume work after an emergency, notify the fulfillment team about your availability for future opportunities. This proactive step helps re-establish your place on the platform. To ensure you don’t miss any updates, enable app notifications and frequently check the Jobs section for new opportunities.
