Our Reliability Policy exists to ensure that we can provide Faber Work users with the best opportunities and bring value to businesses and their construction projects.

Here's a list of benefits for being reliable:

  • First Priority 🥇 - Be the first to be matched to a job

  • Instant Accept ⚡️ - Get automatically selected when applying to a job

Here’s how penalties are incurred:

  • No-show: Failing to attend a scheduled shift you have committed to and forgetting to withdraw

  • Late-withdrawal: Withdrawing from a shift within 12 hours of the start time

If you receive a penalty, you may be cancelled from any upcoming jobs, as well as suspended for the following durations:

Penalty

1st Penalty

2nd Penalty

X Penalty

No-Show

3 days

7 days if you've worked 40 hours or more

7 days if you've worked X*80 hours or more

Late-Withdrawal

1 day

3 days if you've worked 40 hours or more

3 days if you've worked X*80 hours or more

We know that life sometimes gets in the way, so if you can’t make it to a scheduled shift or are running late, please click Late or Withdraw on your active job as soon as possible. Once you withdraw, you are opening up your slot to another Faber Work user in your community.

Reliability also means showing up in the proper attire, having a positive attitude, and being willing and able to complete the work as described.

Incurring too many negative reviews, frequently running late, logging fraudulent hours, or inappropriate workplace behaviour can also result in your profile being removed from any upcoming jobs and permanently suspended.

We want you to be successful. If you have an issue, concern, or question, please contact us in Support. We are here to help.
