If you encounter a bug with your Fabli or our mobile app, please submit a ticket. Be sure to provide as many details as possible:
A description of the bug.
When the bug occurred (during a game, while listening to a story, navigating through Fabli, managing content, etc.).
A description of what you were trying to do when the bug occurred.
Attach any images or videos you have taken.
A member of our team will contact you if necessary. In the meantime, you’ll be able to track the status of your ticket until it’s resolved.
