Here's a quick overview of our opening hours during Christmas and New Year 📞 💬
Our customer support will be closed on December 24th-26th, and 31st, as well as January 1st. These days are also bank holidays.
On December 22nd 23rd, 29th, and 30th, our phone will be open from 10 AM to 12 PM. Outside of these hours, you can reach us via chat and email from 9 AM to 4 PM.
When can I expect to receive my salary? 💰
Due to the bank holidays, there will also be minor changes to our payroll schedule.
However, we are ready to transfer your salary on all working days between Christmas and New Year.
Salaries transferred via regular bank transfer on December 23rd will be available in your account on December 29th.
Do you want your salary to be available in 2025? The last day to ensure your salary is available in your bank account in 2025 is for transfers made on December 29th.
Salaries transferred on December 30th will be available in your bank account on January 2nd, 2026.
The payroll period for transfers made on December 30th will still be associated with December 2025.

We are unable to process instant transfers on 23rd and 30th of December.
