Labels

Create Labels to label or tag Jobs with particular information.

Labels overview

Labels are used to tag Jobs with custom text, used in filtering and searching functionality, to organise your work.

πŸ—’οΈ Note: Labels could be project names, batch numbers for example.


Search existing Labels

Utilise Search to find a Label.

πŸ—’οΈ Note: Labels are listed in alphabetical order; utilising Search makes it easy to locate Labels in a long list.


Create a new Label

Create new Labels as and when required is simple. New Labels can be created in Order Details, Delivery Scheduling, Productivity Workflow, Productivity Planner:

  1. Select Add labels.

  2. Select Create new label.

  3. Enter a Label name and colour to differentiate this label from other Labels.

  4. Save.


Add/remove a Label

After creating Labels to tag your projects or jobs.

Add label:

  1. Select an Order > Add Label.

  2. Utilise Search or scroll to locate Labels.

  3. Select the checkbox next to the Label.

Remove label:

  1. Select an Order.

  2. Locate the Label/s and click one of them.

  3. Unselect the checkbox next to the label.


Edit a Label

  1. Select Add labels.

  2. Run your cursor over the Label you want to edit and select edit.

  3. Edit the Label name and/or colour.

  4. Save.


Delete a Label

  1. Select Add labels.

  2. Run your cursor over the Label you want to edit and select edit.

  3. Select Delete.

  4. Select Delete label.

πŸ—’οΈ Note: a deleted Label cannot be undone.
