If you decide to cancel your Fair™ plan within the first 30 days of enrollment and haven’t filed any claims, you’ll receive a full refund. To initiate the cancellation, please contact our customer service team at (888) 884-0644, available Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. They will guide you through the process and ensure your refund is processed promptly. After the initial 30-day period, cancellations are subject to a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your coverage. For more details, please refer to your policy documents or reach out to our customer service team.
