We're sorry you're having an issue logging in. If login has worked fine in the past but not now, we always go through the same troubleshooting steps to identify the problem.
The good news is these steps often either totally solve the problem, or mean it's a very quick resolution from us.
Please follow the steps for the method you usually use:
Usually login with email address and password
Try these steps to get back into Fair HQ:
Go to https://fairhq.co and click Login at the top (don't use your bookmarks or history if you're troubleshooting, we need a fresh start).
If the login form doesn't appear at all, skip to step 5: going Incognito.
Try logging in. If you get an error, check its wording carefully. It might tell you where the problem is.
Re-check the details you're entering (use the eye icon to show the password). Common issues include:
typo in your email address (you'd be surprised how often it's this!)
autocomplete picked an old password
copy-pasted rogue spaces at the beginning or end of the password.
If your password is incorrect or you've lost it, use
Forgot password?
to reset it.Still nothing? Try this again in an Incognito Window in Chrome (File > New Incognito Window) or your browser's equivalent.
If it works now, clear cookies in your normal window and see if that fixes it.
If a colleague has their own login to Fair HQ, is their's working?

Usually login with Google
Go to https://fairhq.co and click Login at the top (don't use your bookmarks or history if you're troubleshooting, we need a fresh start).
If the login form doesn't appear at all, skip to the final step.
Choose Continue with Google. It should go like this:
Choose your Google Account from a list.
Potentially login to that Google Account if you aren't already.
It returns you to the Fair HQ Dashboard.
Still nothing? Try this again in an Incognito Window in Chrome (File > New Incognito Window) or your browser's equivalent.
If it works now, clear cookies in your normal window and see if that fixes it.
