Before you schedule a Campaign, you first need to invite the Fair HQ Slack bot to your Slack workspace. It just takes a few minutes:
Install the Slack Bot
Login to Fair HQ here
Navigate to the Campaigns page, or click here
Click the "Connect to Slack" button
💡 Note: You must be a Workspace Admin to invite an app to your workspace.
If your Workspace Admin is not on the Fair HQ platform:Right click the "Connect to Slack" button
Click "Copy Link Address"
Paste the link address from your clipboard to one of your Workspace Admins
You'll be directed to a Slack page to install the bot. To continue, click "Allow".
Adding Slackbot to Private Channels
When you return to Slack, you should see the "Fair HQ" app appear in the left-hand sidebar with the following message:
When scheduling a campaign in the Fair HQ platform, all your public channels will be immediately available.
To invite our Slackbot to a private channel, simply navigate to that channel and type /invite @FairHQ in the space where you'd usually send a message.
Return to the Campaigns page, where your private channel will now be an option.
You can then continue to Schedule a Campaign.
