Buyers are entitled to open a claim against you for the following reasons:
The buyer doesn't receive the artwork
The artwork received by the buyer doesn't match the listing:
The seller sent the wrong artwork, or
The artwork arrives broken, damaged, faulty, or
The required documents are not included
Our team will judge each claim on a case by case basis and may ask for additional information from both buyers and sellers.
You cannot appeal the decision of a claim. For this reason we strongly encourage our sellers to submit all documentation they believe may help their case. To do this email support@fairart.io with the claim # in the subject header and your supporting documentation.
