If the item you received is not as described (quality issues, forgery, missing documentation…) you are protected by the FairArt Guarantee and can there are several ways to open a claim:

  • Go to your order page and click Make a Claim

  • Ask in the live chat between Mon-Fri 8:00 - 17:00

Please note, you must raise a claim with with us within 3 business days of having received the item.

To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please include your order number, describe the reason for your claim and include any accompanying evidence.

If you are successful in your claim, the seller will pay for the shipment costs of your return and we will provide you with a shipping label. You can then either drop off your item or arrange a collection. For more on this see here.

Once the seller has received the returned item we will return your funds in full.

Due to the anonymous nature of our live market, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or swaps if you decide that you no longer want an item. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item. For more on what qualifies for a refund see here.
