Once you receive an item, you have 3 days to open a claim.
There are several ways to open a claim:

Go to your order page and click 'Make a Claim'
Ask in the live chat between Mon-Fri 8:00 - 17:00
To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please include your order number, describe the reason for your claim and include any accompanying evidence.
Note: Claims are considered for issues relating to the condition or authenticity of an item.
