Once a Buyer has purchased your item on FairArt, as a Seller, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping deadline and a label for you to print out and attach to your package (the shipping label should be attached to the outside of the package so it can easily be scanned).
You can then easily arrange a collection of your item or drop it off at a convenient service point. For more on these services see here.
In general, you are expected to print out your label, package your item and hand it over to our shipping partner, DHL Express, within three working days of a sale taking place on FairArt.
