In general, you are expected to print out your label, package your item and hand it over to our shipping partner, DHL Express, within three working days of a sale taking place on FairArt.

If you do not ship the item in time, the sale will be declared void and you may be charged a penalty fee of a minimum of £20 GBP or an amount up to 20% of the transaction amount, in FairArt’s sole discretion.
