You can cancel your subscription at any time, but at latest 48h before the automatic renewal by simply clicking on your username in the navigation bar and then on “Subscription” in the drop down menu.

Just follow the next steps to complete the cancellation. You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you have successfully canceled your subscription.

If you are not cancelling your subscription before the 48h time window, your subscription will automatically be renewed.

Only in some rare cases we may still be able to cancel the subscription.
