Congratulations! You have received a store request on FAIRLING. Now it's up to you to close the deal. Here are our tips for what you should keep in mind:

RESPOND QUICKLY

Nobody likes to wait for an answer - therefore, make sure to contact the shops as soon as possible so that they don't lose interest.

FIND THE RIGHT START

Take a closer look at the store before you contact it. By doing so, you can add personal details to the conversation so that the shop understands that you also have an interest in long cooperation.

HIGHLIGHT YOUR STRENGTH

Do your products have awards, known customers or important benefits that make them unique? Perfect! Use this as arguments in your emails/phone calls so that the shop owner becomes even more interested in your brand.

KEEP THE POT BOILING

Make sure that follow-up actions and questions become part of the conversation so that the contact does not stop.

SHOW THEM WHAT YOU GOT

Studies have shown that shipping product samples helps to increase the likelihood of an order. This helps shop owners to really fall in love with your products (e.g. through a nice packaging or a lovely note in the package).

TWO ARE BETTER THEN ONE

If you have only created one advertisement so far, now would be a good time to post another one. This helps shop owners to further get to know your brand and fall in love with your products.

PERSISTENCE IS REWARDED

Shop owners are busy people - just like me and you. Therefore, don't forget to send reminders if you are waiting for an answer. Often, the reason for a delay is quite simple (e.g hat your mail went into their SPAM folder) and can be solved easily by also changing the way of contact (e.g. through Social Media or Phone).

You can also find more detailed instructions about how to write a perfect email to a potential customer in our article about the request funnel.
