Simply use the observation template called "SDS Request" which requires the following data fields:
After you've sent the request, Falcony support team will receive a notification of the request. We will reply as soon as we've started the work of looking for the SDS file(s) and reply again when the SDS's have been added to the registry.
Please note that it may sometimes take quite a while before we get the updated SDS files from Producers or Importers.
