An environment of your own organization has been created for your company, which you can start using for auditing and reporting observations.
Below is a list of the implementation steps and article links:
1. Make sure that your information and email notifications are correct from the settings.
2. Create and edit categories and additional questions.
3. Add places and tags. Alternatively, venues can also be added in bulk using Excel.
4. Allow open links that allow observations by non-logged-in users.
5. As an admin, you can invite users to Falcny's platform and give them the right access rights. In addition, you can manage and edit rights and alternatively add the user in bulk using Excel.
6. Start reporting an observation or anomaly.
