Using the feature "Quick observations" it is possible to preset text to be added to the audit observation. This can be done on a question-by-question basis in the audit template, so you can customise the quick observations for each individual audit question.
To use quick observations, the audit template must have an audit observation template active, and the audit observation template must have a text type question in the form. The quick observation will auto-populate the first text box in the audit observation form.
Adding quick observations to an audit template
1. From the Administration page, click Audit templates.
2. Select the audit template you wish to add quick observations to. Open up the section and the question
3. Once the question settings are open, scroll down to the Advanced settings to find a tab for Quick observations.
4. Activate the tab and start adding one or more quick observations.
5. Hit Save and you are done. You can rearrange the quick observations by dragging&dropping the text fields into your preferred order. You may also edit and remove the texts as you please.
