When using Falcony as a tenant portal, you can maintain a list of tenants and their contacts. You can find the contact list in the "users" section, under administration:
If you also want to give tenants the rights to maintain contact persons, you must add tenant companies and organizations as places in the "Places" section of the Administration page.
Adding a new tenant company
To add a new tenant organization, press the plus button in the upper right corner of the place view, name the company, and press Save.
Archiving of a former tenant company
It is not a good idea to delete tenant companies altogether, but you can archive by clicking on the box to the right of the pen image, clicking on "Archive" and then "Save".
Once a tenant company has been added, you can invite that tenant's contacts as users.
Adding a tenant contact
In the administration section, open the Users view.
Then press the plus button in the upper right corner.
1. Add the contact's email address, name, phone number (optional) and the Company name and role in the company (if known).
2. Select Role as the next user type: "Tenant".
3. Under "Access control", check "Include the following ..." and select the tenant's company and the property and buildings to which the tenant belongs from the list. This way, the tenant will receive the bulletins correctly in all cases in their e-mail.

5. In the additional settings, you can give the contact the right to see and invite other users as contacts for their own company (this requires tenants to be modeled as places).
Finally, press "Send Invitation" and an invitation message will be sent to the tenant's contact to set a password and sign in.
Deleting a contact
If the contact has changed, you can delete the old contact by clicking on their name in the user list.
You will then see a "Remove this user" button in a big red top right corner. Press it to confirm the change:
